The Process of a New Roof Installation

Initially, we remove the existing roofing materials down to the decking to assess the condition of the plywood. If replacement is necessary, new plywood is installed. Subsequently, an ice and water shield is applied for leak prevention, followed by a synthetic underlayment for enhanced protection. Finally, architectural shingles are installed.
